Privacy Policy
Personal or private information submitted to Hunt Collective will not be sold or given out. We ensure your privacy and value your confidence in us.  

Consumer Agreement

Net terms available upon request. All accounts requesting net terms are subject to approval. Limits and terms will be set upon receipt of your completed application. All major credit cards are accepted, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. Orders received from customers with delinquent accounts may be subject to shipping delays. Additionally, delinquent accounts with open invoices exceeding 90 days may be held liable to a 1.5% service charge per month until the account balance is current. Attorney Fees. In any litigation, arbitration, or other proceeding by which one party either seeks to enforce its rights under this Agreement (whether in contract, tort, or both) or seeks a declaration of any rights or obligations under this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be awarded its reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses incurred. 

Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After your order has been approved, most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but can take up to 7+ days for large projects and/or Hunt Collective packages. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days for non-custom options,depending on what state we are shipping to. Please note: For special ordered items or large quantities the shipping time can take up to 4 weeks. 

Shipping Charges 
All orders will be shipped anywhere in the continental United States (HI & AK must inquire). Shipping costs are a flat rate and are included on all products except tables.

Shipment Discrepancies 
We reserve the right to use our choice of shipping carriers. Most of our day-to-day orders will ship either UPS or Fed-Ex ground. However, you may make a special request to use a shipping carrier at your own expense. 
Please contact your us for more details. All shipment discrepancies, damages, defectives, etc, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving delivery. We will issue credit or replacements for any items damaged in transit. Though most items are in stock and ready for delivery, we may be back ordered on certain items. You will be notified within 5 business days if your order is out of stock. Of course, you can always call us to make sure we have your product in stock. Hawaii and Alaska: On special request we can ship to HI and AK. Broken or Damaged Items 
If your order has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as possible. In addition, we will replace these damaged items at no charge to you. We must be notified within 72 hours of you receiving delivery. Please keep all packing boxes and materials. Please be advised, if materials are damaged in transit, we may require goods to be returned to us. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping return label.

Return Policy
Return Authorizations: For returns, please contact us at 949-791-7751 or email us and ask for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#). Returns may be subject to a restocking charge. (Ask your rep for more details) Returns without RGA numbers may result in no credit or late crediting of your account. To be eligible for return, goods must be less than 1 month old, unused, in original boxes, and unbroken when returned.

All returns must have an RGA # on the outer shipping box, unopened, and the paperwork in the box. (Please do not write on box)  Please do not ship items back to us without calling us, we will issue an RGA# for your requested return. If you do not have RGA #, our warehouse will be not responsible for orders shipped to us without prior authorization. We have no way of tracking the package and crediting (you) the customer.

 Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited on return orders unless you are returning defective products, at which point we will provide you with pre-paid shipping return labels at no cost to you.

Sales Tax 
We will collect state tax on all orders being shipped to California ONLY.

All Hunt Collective products sold will be free from manufacturing defects (per our standards, please keep in mind these are all one-offs, no piece is the same) in materials and workmanship.


The undersigned hereby acknowledges that Hunt Collective may create electronic images and destroy paper originals of any imaged documents received or generated by Lender in connection with this transaction.  Any such images maintained by Lender as part of its normal business processes shall be given the same legal effect as the paper original(s) thereof.  This Agreement, the rights of the parties here under and the interpretation hereof shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California in all respects.  Neither party will be responsible or held liable for any consequential, special, or incidental losses or damages.
